League football resumed last weekend and our seniors got back to winning ways on Friday night with a decisive 4-10 to 1-9 victory over near neighbours Augher, while our reserves also recorded an emphatic win.  It was a case of mixed fortunes for our juniors and reserves at home to Newtownstewart on Saturday, the juniors losing out by two points, with the reserves securing another impressive victory.

This weekend our reserves and seniors host Dungannon at Dunmoyle. Throw in times for the games on Sunday are 2.15pm reserve and 3.45pm senior. Also this weekend our juniors and junior reserves are in action when they travel to Clogher on Sunday evening. The junior game is at 6.45pm, reserves at 8.00pm.

Our U-21s begin their championship campaign at home to Pomeroy on Tuesday night at 7.30pm, while they travel to Dromore next Wednesday, 24th June at 7.30pm.

The club hosted the section stages of Og Sport on Monday night where ourselves, Loughmacrory, Carrickmore and Trillick participated, and at the end of an enjoyable evenings football we managed a one point final victory over Carrickmore and have now qualified for the next stages of the competition.

The next game for our senior ladies is a top of the table clash away to St Macartans on Wednesday 24th June at 7.15pm. This is an important game as both teams are undefeated this year to date. Our U-14 girls have finished their 2015 season. Thanks to all of the girls for their enthusiasm during the year, and thanks also to the management team of Christopher McGirr, Julia Mallon, Briege Mullin and Oonagh McAleer for their commitment and hard work from their initial training session in February to their last game in June. The league season for our U-12 girls starts this Thursday 18th June, with a home game against Galbally at 7.00pm.

Meanwhile coaching for our young boys and girls continues every Thursday evening from 6.30pm to 7.30pm in Dunmoyle. Details of forthcoming blitzs will be given to the children at these weekly coaching sessions.

The Membership Draw concludes with the June draw due to take place within the next couple of weeks. However collectors should note that the final draw will not go ahead until all outstanding monies are forwarded to draw co-ordinator, Kevin Conroy.
